Are there setup fees?

No. We cover all setup, integration, and onboarding costs. You start paying the monthly retainer on Day 1 of live operation.

What if I don't see any revenue protected?

You only pay the monthly retainer. The revenue share is performance-based. If Sentinel doesn't protect measurable revenue, you don't pay it.

How do you calculate revenue protected?

We track: (1) Calls answered that would have been missed, (2) Leads captured that would have been lost, (3) Compliance violations prevented (estimated cost of fines/lawsuits), (4) Emergency response time improvements (estimated damage cost reduction). We provide monthly reports with full methodology.

Can I change tiers?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your Founding Partner Rate (20%) stays locked in regardless of tier.

What's your cancellation policy?

No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We're confident you'll see ROI within the first month.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a 30-day pilot program at 50% of the monthly retainer. If you're not satisfied, we refund the pilot fee. No revenue share during the pilot.
